I was inspired by the rows of hearts and their little flowers,
so here is my card.
It seems I have been in the mood lately for watercoloring!
I just LOVE the technique! I heat embossed the hearts with white embossing powder onto kraft card stock. Then I watercolored them with Distress inks.
The background panel was made by stamping a background stamp with white ink. Then I splattered some of the same distress inks that I used on the hearts on the background.
