Here is my card:
I was inspired by the black and silver in the photo. The wreath was die cut in pretty silver glitter paper. The stars in white glitter paper. The wreath was then attached to a panel of black and white striped vellum paper. I attached all of this to a black card base. And finally, I added lots of sparkly sequins!
