This is so bright and fun, Mackie! I used the Circle Scallop Frame Sweet Cut on my card for today as well. I'd LOVE to have you stop by my blog to see what I did with it. Pretty creative if I do say so myself, and an idea I will definitely use again. I love the neon bright colors in your sweet card.
