The Card Concept Challenge # 178 - By The Sea

Welcome to a new challenge starting today at

THE CARD CONCEPT!

And the Inspiration Photo is so pretty!

I love, love, love these soft colors!

I was inspired to create my Clean & Simple style card by those beautiful colors and the beach theme.

~Clean lines

~Lots of Layers

~Designer papers, embossing

~Embellishments/accents

~Clean & Fresh looking

~Some colored images

~White space

I started my card by stamping the shell images onto some watercolor paper with Crumb Cake ink.

I then water colored the images with other Stampin Up inks to paint the seashells.

The background was created by ink blending some Speckled Egg Distress ink for the sky.

I adhered the shells onto the background, added some speckles for sand.

I added a frame for some dimension. It was created by die cutting 4 layers of card stock.
